The bike is so light and rides super smooth. It makes me feel so cool. And THE SOUND!!
I've been having fun with the 5 speed modes - I use 2 for zipping through pedestrians on chill beach footpaths, and throw a 4 or 5 when racing cars on the traffic lights.
This thing climbs steep hills like nothing! Love that I can pedal and throttle at the same time.
Battery charges fast, easy to swap and small to put on my backpack when I lock the bike.
Discovering new paths... And turning any commute to an adventure. Hope you get to experience it!

As a evolve skateboard owner in the naughtys, I new the bike was going to be good. It didn't let me down. I didn't even sample the ride, and it's delivered. Few weeks in, and it's a shear pleasure. Thanks evolve. Support was outstanding, where they rectified my issue no problem, and went beyond my expectations.

I absolutely love riding this bike! It's perfect for zipping around the bike tracks and having a blast.

I have owned several e-bikes but this bike I really love, especially that there are no gears, plenty of power, great throttle response and a joy to ride. Thank you Evolve for such a great bike. Would recommend this bike to anyone.

Love it, such a cool bit of kit. If you are thinking about it, just go for it. Takes me back and so well designed, excited for more rides on it.

I purchased the BMX because of its simple design - no gears, accelerator, great styling. I am so impressed with it - heaps of power, no issues climbing any hills where i live, no trouble passing slower commuters on the bikeways - it is now my daily commute. I just added a rear mudguard and back rack. I love it (and my renegade and GTR for that matter)!

I love this bike! Such a great ride, rides and handles beautifully. Best part is how it makes me feel when riding, makes me feel like a kid again and it gets loads of looks. Build quality is on point too.

Awesome bike! Everyone stares at it

This bike is hands down the best in its class. What class? Think of it as a sports car of electric biking. Not so much in speed but in the sense of cruising. Will definitely be using this bike as my preferred bike for everyday riding.

I love this bike. I am not your typical rider. I'm a 65 year old grandma who rides every day. I love the mid drive motor because it feels like a real bike unlike most ebikes that go with little effort.
I can actually get a good amount of exercise but still have fun with the throttle. Thanks Evolve for giving my retirement years this amazing blast of fun!

I’m 43 old school bmx rider this bike is perfect with the skyway wheels etc every part is special from the motor to the frame well done evolve.

Ordered a Project BMX on 12 Feb 2026. At the time of purchase, the website stated shipping would occur mid-February.

After ordering, this changed to March, then mid-March, and now mid-April.

The delay itself is disappointing, but the main issue is the complete lack of communication. I have contacted Evolve multiple times and only received automated responses stating someone would get back to me — no one has.

This is a $4799 purchase, and I would have been happy to wait if there had been clear and honest communication throughout.

At this point, I’m considering requesting a refund due to the lack of support and transparency.

Awsome bike love it

So when you get on and pedal the bike pulls you forward like quite a bit quicker then you'r pedaling.
The sensation is fantastic! You kinda feel like a super hero : ) I mean look at it too. It's stream lined.
It feels great and it looks great. People ask about it every time we go out. So I finally bought one and my wife liked it so much, she kept it and bought me another one! No kidding. Riding together is a lot of fun for us.
I have both the Hadens and I absolutely love them!! So now I find myself having a hard time deciding which superior Evolve toy I should take for a spin. Thank you Evolve for the killer boards and now this rippin BMX bike! You guys get it right every time. Cheers to knocking it out of the park.

Riding the (first?) Project BMX in Japan (Chrome / Spoked) has made me the unofficial mascot of Osaka streets. People stop mid-slurp of their ramen and stare like I just rode out of an anime intro. At the conbini, they ask if I'm testing some secret government project. I mean, who wouldn't? This bike rockets through Japanese streets so fast, I'm convinced it's powered by pure wasabi and the spirit of a thousand cherry blossoms. It turned me from "average guy on a Mama-chari" to local kids calling me a "Rocal BMX Regend!" Honestly, I'm pretty sure I deserve a cape, a theme song, and maybe even a mascot. This isn't just a bike, it's a two-wheeled boss that commands respect everywhere it goes! Seriously though... it's so much fun!

First of all, this is amazing. such a fun ride and look. Its size is perfect my for hight (5'11) and it rides with such speed. because i'm a lighter rider, i can get up to 26mph with this thing shredding all over the place.

next iteration of this i'd love to see. (these are dreams not realistic)
- full crabon fiber body, with wires still hidden as is
- air suspension
- a slightly more comfortable saddle with breathing hole
- the speedometer wire to come from the top side, instead of the bottom, maybe replace the power button with wire out side (so that it doesn't stretch)
- a more modern hip bell
- better handle bar grips
- an easier way to pop the battery in and out. the current metal clamp at center is just not cutting it.
(i'd pay 5k for a bike with those upgrades)
thats all i can think of right now.

overall, an amazing bike for the price, exactly the kind of fun ride i want. and great job evolve!!
